Lumiere is a presentation of visual work chronicled as a recentered meditation on unamended beauty — the cherishing of all things in transience through a precise yet immense sensibility for unspoken moments, however fleeting or swiftly departed.

Framed as a metaphor to pressing pause, the time-stamped pages within this inaugural volume unfold a tapestry of evanescent moments that were captured across continents over two years and then compiled on the Lower East Side of New York City.

The work aims to capture the transitory grace of the quotidien and inconsequential, of togetherness and solitude, of the natural and unaugmented. Time was left unconstrained in the creation of the first volume, and likewise here, the pages are best enjoyed by meandering. Until the next, use this volume as a welcome intermission.
